She will join the company, which is responsible for shows including The Apprentice and Four Rooms, by early summer and report into managing director Patrick Holland.

Wyatt joined Mentorn in 2006 from Prospect Pictures and was promoted to director of programmes in February last year. She worked on Mentorn shows including BBC3’s Hotel of Mum and Dad and Tulisa: My Mum and Me, as well as Channel 4’s The Fried Chicken Shop: Life In A Day.

“She is a hugely respected, highly creative leader who will be central to the growth of the label over the coming years,” Holland said.
