Brief Full post-production on a 4 x 60-minute series following 10 puppies and their families through their first six months together.

How it was done The grade was completed by colourist Enge Gray using Baselight. With a shoot that lasted more than six months and used an assortment of different cameras, Gray’s main task was to tie all the footage together. This was done by taking things back to a natural tone. Flashback sequences and scientific explainers were treated to their own distinct grade using hypersaturation, contrast and shapes. Will Peverett used Avid Symphony for the online, during which he created captions and credits and tracked and painted out signs, number plates and contributors’ personal information. Ben Hooper mixed the audio on an Avid S6 console using Pro Tools HD12.
