BVE 2016: HHB Communications will present a UK debut of the compact Avid Pro Tools Dock, a new Eucon control surface that works with iPad and Avid’s Pro Tools Control iOS app.

HHB will pair Pro Tools Dock with the 16-fader Pro Tools S3 control surface to demonstrate “powerful mixing workflows”, the company said.

Pro Tools Dock is based on the Master Touch Module of the Pro Tools S6 control surface. It includes a single fader, assignable knobs, switches, jog shuttle wheel, a full transport section, automation mode switches and programmable soft keys.

Users can work with Eucon-enabled DAWs and video editing tools including Pro Tools, Media Composer, Logic Pro X, Cubase and Premiere Pro.

Pro Tools Dock is expected to ship in Spring.
