Big Brothersenior producer Melissa Brown was among those honoured at the Broadcast Young Talent Awards at the National Film Theatre last week. Head of More4 Peter Dale presented Brown - who has been employed as a senior producer by Endemol on flagship shows such as Big Brother 5, The Matchand Celebrity Big Brother 3- with the best young producer award. Directing duo Charlotte Bruus-Christensen and Stefan Mork won the best young director category, which was presented by Red Dwarfand French and Saundersdirector Ed Bye. Editor Amanda Perry of Peepshow Post production won the Best Young Editor award. IWC Media took the company talent development award.
