IBC 2013: A UK Trade and Investment-led initiative will see almost 70 British companies exhibit at this year’s IBC under the ‘Great Britain’ banner.

The venture, which has been sponsored by Intellect and managed by export outreach specialists Tradefair, will see a range of products on offer including traditional transmitter engineering, asset management and digital archiving and loudness verification and cloud content management.

The group has 68 participants, including Alan Dick, Astec Solutions, Brightday Engineering, Clear-Com, Elite Antennas, Emotion Systems, Focalpoint Server, GB Labs, Nativ, OASYS, On Screen Publishing, Open Broadcast Solutions, Phabrix, Rascular, RJS Electronics, SGL, TechBid, TMD, Vidcheck and Zetrox.

“The global reach of IBC is quite remarkable, and as businesses look to develop markets around the world it is the one event we recommend above any other,” said Mark Birchall of Tradefair.

“We take the complexity and the risk out of exhibiting at IBC, giving our participants a ready-made space into which they can drop their demonstration and their marketing materials, and concentrate on developing business relationships.”

As well as the companies exhibiting on the ‘Great Britain’ pavilions, other British companies are receiving support from UKTI and Tradefair while taking their own exhibition stands.
