All3Media is to “significantly” expand its unscripted efforts in the US by launching a series of new development labels under Traitors producer Studio Lambert.

Redbird IMI-backed All3 said the move would allow it to focus on Stateside development across a range of genres, including gameshows and follow docs.

The first company to be brought into the company’s fold will be Jill Goslicky and Vivian Choi’s MindMeld Entertainment.

Exec producers Goslicky and Choi have worked on shows including Bravo’s Below Deck franchise, A&E’s Intervention, NBC’s The Biggest Loser and The Apprentice, as well as CBS’s The Mole and MTV’s The Real World.

They have also served as development and current executives for platforms such as Amazon Studios and production companies such as 3 Ball Productions.

MindMeld, and other labels yet to be announced, will sit under the Studio Lambert umbrella and report into its LA-based president, Jack Burgess, who has run the company’s US business since 2018 with London-based chief creative officer Tim Harcourt and chief exec Stephen Lambert.

The move comes with Studio Lambert looking to expand its unscripted output in the US, which ranges from Netflix duo The Circle and Squid Game: The Challenge, to NBC’s version of The Traitors.

Its recent projects include Buy It Now for Amazon Prime Video and The Anonymous for USA Network.

Burgess said: “Jill and Viv are incredibly smart producers and a brilliant creative team - their expertise and experience make them a perfect fit for Studio Lambert. I’m excited to work with them to bring their ideas to life, and I look forward to the fresh perspective and energy that they will bring as we continue to build the business.”

Goslicky and Choi added: “Our passion lies in telling human stories with heart, humor, and a touch of the unexpected. We love that unscripted television has the power to inform, inspire, and spark conversation, and we’re eager to bring fresh ideas to this space.”
