ITVS adds BritBox exec to lead APAC distribution

ITV Studios has hired former BritBox International exec Moira Hogan to replaced outgoing APAC sales chief Augustus Dulgaro.

Hogan will join the company from February 2026 and will assume the role of executive vice-president, APAC sales and distribution once her predecessor Augustus Dulgaro exits at the end of March. ITVS veteran Dulgaro has decided to step down after five years in the post, having previously held different management and operations roles during a 20-year stint at the business.

Hogan will be responsible for leading the Sydney- and Singapore-based APAC sales team to maximise the value of ITVS’ catalogue of finished programming across the region.

She will also nurture client relationships and plot growth opportunities tailored to the local markets of the region. She will report to Tom Clark, executive vice-president, global sales and commercial strategy.

Most recently, Hogan was BritBox’s executive vice-president, international markets and general manager, Australia. During her five-year tenure, she successfully launched and scaled BritBox Australia, whose 2020 launch Broadcast revealed in 2019, delivering consistent year-on-year subscriber and revenue growth and delivering a multi-million-dollar investment to expand the service.

She also spent time at Network 10 as head of content and commercial partnerships, as well as a seven-year stint at telecoms company Telstra.
