Cinelab London has appointed industry veteran Roger Harlow to the post of sales director.

Harlow joins the film processing and restoration firm from Masai Media, a company he co-founded in 2010.

He previously worked with Cinelab managing director Adrian Bull at Ascent Media.

Harlow said: “I’ve been very impressed with Cinelab’s investment in both people and equipment since the acquisition two years ago and now seems the right time for me to be able to add value to the team and develop the business further.”

Cinelab London chief financial officer John Mahtani added: “Roger is an exceptional addition to the team, his experience and network will add tremendous value to the business.”

Harlow has previously worked with BBC Studios and Post Production, Sony DADC and held senior positions at Ascent Media and Todd AO.

Cinelab’s recent projects include Suffragette and remastering of the Tarkovsky and Quay Brothers films.
