Clear's Peter Bach has been promoted from executive producer, film to the head of the film department, replacing Steve Garrad who has moved to film specialist Double Negative. In addition senior producer Pierre Fletcher has joined Clear from Smoke & Mirrors. Before becoming a post producer Fletcher worked as an offline editor at The Firm for five years.
