Offline editing company Content is to move its staff and kit to neighbouring finishing house Unit where the two companies will form a working partnership.

Content will retain its current infrastructure but operate as ‘Content @ Unit’, a move that will result in the provision of combined offline and online services for producers.

Unit chief executive Adam Luckwell said: “This mutually beneficial relationship will help Unit take our work to the next level both in creativity and quality. The partnership is part of our overall master plan to be Soho’s premiere centre of creative excellence.”

Luckwell said that his company is also looking at moving to larger premises in order facilitate further growth.

Luke Deverill, the managing director of Content, said: “Utilising Unit’s technical capabilities and delivery of high quality creative, ‘Content @ Unit’ will add greater value and scope to the services we can offer our clients.”

Established in 2007, Content operates as both an edit facility a freelance agency for its editors. Its credits include work for BBC, Channel 4 and Discovery US.
