Concrete Post Production director David Cox has resigned from the company's board citing “differences in management styles”.
Cox stood down two weeks ago but will retain his 25% stake in the company and continue to work as a freelance compositor and colourist.
He became a “hands on” director of Concrete when his company, Baraka, merged with it in May 2007.
Separately, the remaining board members - Chris Gilbert, Dave Thompson and Terry Bettles - will soon be joined by three directors of The Facility, the company with which Concrete merged in July.
