West London facility Crow TV has appointed former Endemol and RDF production manager David Waterman as head of operations. Waterman's credits include The Gamesand Scrapheap Challenge. He joins on 18 April. Also, Piera Cuttica joined Crow TV last month in the new position of account manager. Cuttica joins from Lion TV where she was responsible for the in-house facilities.
