Dejero has released the latest edition of its Live+ Mobile App for iOS devices (pictured).

Version 3.1, which is targeted at mobile journalists and those covering breaking news or live events, supports HD video in resolutions up to 1080p for live streaming of video using the in-built camera on iPhone and iPad devices.

The app’s maximum bit rate for transmissions has also been increased to 9 Mbps.

Dejero chief executive Brian Cram said: “As LTE networks and wi-fi hotspots become more prevalent, it’s easier than ever to cover breaking news and stream live events from a mobile phone or tablet in full HD.”
