Hibbert Ralph Animation (HRA) has appointed Greg Mills, formerly a partner and executive producer at Democracy, to the role of executive producer.

Mills has previously worked as an agency producer, line producer, visual effects editor, managing director and freelance producer.

In addition to his new live action and animation production duties, Mills will assume management level responsibility for new business and marketing.

He replaces Charlotte Loynes who left in April 2009 to pursue a new venture.

HRA founder and director Jerry Hibbert said: “[Greg] has a great track record in the business and a host of contacts, and although HRA doesn’t have ‘account handlers’ as such, it’s that part of commercials production on which he will be concentrating. He will be looking to expand the live action side of HRA too.”
