Sinead Greenaway is standing down from her role as chief executive of Dock10.

Greenaway, who has recently been on maternity leave, has been replaced by Dock10 deputy chairman Mark Senior who has taken on the role of acting chief executive.

Greenaway joined MediaCityUK in October 2009.

She said: “This has been a really difficult decision especially as the business is about to enter an exciting period of growth.

“I am immensely proud to have launched the business and built both a strong team and one of the most technologically advanced facilities in Europe.”

Dock10 chairman David Holdgate added: “We are sorry to see Sinead go, but are delighted that it is in such positive circumstances.

“Sinead leaves behind a fantastic legacy, having led the team that launched dock10, the single largest production facility in the UK, both on time and on budget.

“She has demonstrated exceptional operational and leadership skills to build an outstanding team, delivering a challenging technology programme, and managing a complex stakeholder landscape to build the thriving business that exists today.”

Studios, post and media services facility Dock10 is a joint venture between Peel Holdings and SIS.
