Doghouse Post Production in Bristol has bought a Tiger Technology MetaSAN Storage network, increasing its shared storage capabilities from 24 to 48 terrabytes.

The server is shared between 11 suites and three viewing rooms over a fibre channel infrastructure

Company director Mark Richard Adams said: “This expansion enables us to further streamline our ‘Native cut workflow.’ It also allows us to reduce the amount of time spent on end of edits while simultaneously producing multiple copies of DVD’s and playouts without interrupting the editors time in the suite”

Current projects at Doghouse include the BBC shows Around the World in 80 Days, Wanted Down Under (pictured) Series 4 and 5 and Romeo and Juliet.
