Envy has forged links with four universities in a move that could eventually lead to students becoming runners at the post house.

Head of client services Mat Appleton will lecture to final year students at Stafford, Bournemouth, Ravensbourne and Chichester universities about post-production and give one-to-one sessions.

The most impressive students will be invited to Envy for a workshop and work experience next spring. The best of those will be offered jobs as runners.
