Audio facility Bubble TV has appointed a dubbing mixer and revealed plans to build a third studio. Jez Spencer, formerly of Head First Facilities, has been brought in to strengthen the documentary and factual operation. His previous work includes The South Bank Show and programmes for Channel 4, Discovery and Five.
