The simple-to-use video editor is cloud-based and accessed through a web browser

Grabyo has released the cloud-based video editing platform, Grabyo Editor, it first revealed at IBC 2018.

It’s accessed through a web browser and built for digital teams in sport, enabling rights holders, clubs and federations to speedily produce video highlights and social videos.

The straightforward-to-use online tool provides access to the ‘essential’ editing tools, including transition effects, audio editing and support for square, vertical and horizontal video formats.

It is used within the browser “without the need for specific hardware, software licenses or extensive training,” says Grabyo. It also plans to regularly incorporate additional functionality into Editor over the coming 12-months.

Grabyo CEO Gareth Capon, said: “The release of Editor continues Grabyo’s mission to make video creation and live production as simple and as flexible as possible. Our products reflect the needs of our partners in the sports industry – Editor is a great example of this; a full suite of editing products in the cloud, enabling broadcasters to deliver effective and engaging video highlights in real-time.”
