Hitachi and LiveU have teamed up to integrate LiveU’s LU40 video uplink device into Hitachi’s range of cameras.

The partnership will enable camera operators to view and manage the LU40’s transmission status and video quality via the camera’s view-finder.

Hitachi Kokusai Electric America vice-president, sales and marketing, Sean Moran commented: “This is only the beginning of our collaboration.

“We’re committed to building a strong integration between our two solutions to offer global customers the ultimate live video camera.”
