How it was done Colourist Dan Gill, using Digital Vision’s Nucoda, established a realistic yet invitingly clinical feel for the grade. During operating theatre scenes, Nucoda colour tools were used to create a dramatic appearance.
Using the graded master, Tom Lucas then completed the online. He used Avid Symphony to blur out non-consenting parties and applied an overall look for the Astons and titles.
Dubbing mixer Tristan Powell completed the mix using Avid Pro Tools HDX version 12 and an Avid S6 console. He used iZotope noise reduction plug-ins to clarify the dialogue, which may have otherwise been lost in a busy hospital environment.
The post-producer was Lauren Ellis-Jones.
