How it was done Tom Corbett mixed the audio in Pro Tools 11, using iZotope RX5 for noise reduction where needed. Set in Brighton, the challenge was to bring the city’s sounds - seagulls, fairground rides on the pier, noisy stag dos and more - into the interiors of each scene. As each episode moved towards a chaotic climax, Corbett slowly increased the level of the background atmos FX, adding more layers as each episode progressed. As the storyline becomes more complicated, so too does the soundscape. Perry Gibbs graded the series using the Digital Vision Nucoda Film Master. Owen Hulme completed the online in Avid DS Nitris.
