MTV Studios has been awarded the contract to host the second series of the ITV1 crime show Inside Crime. The Screen Channel-produced show - which features interviews with police officers concerning ongoing investigations interspersed with up-to-date videotape packages all shot on the afternoon before transmission - will air at 23.00 every Thursday from 15 April and will run for seven weeks. The first series of the show - presented by John Stapleton, was produced from the London Studios.
