Soho facility Midnight Transfer has bought telecine facility Telefilm from founder Peter Watson. Based at Twickenham film studios, the firm will be renamed Midnight Transfer Twickenham. Senior colourist John Kerr will remain but will be assisted by staff from the Soho base. Credits include Johnny English for Working Title Films
