Former Prime Focus UK managing director Rowan Bray has joined Molinare as general manager of operations.

Bray parted company with Prime Focus in March when the Soho post company was sold by its parent firm to new company Blue 2.0.

Her new role will primarily be project-based and will involve her leading the development of Molinare’s services, including advising on future investment across its broadcast and features output.

Prior to her role at Prime Focus, Bray worked briefly at Halo. Before that, she was facility manager at Arena Digital for 11 years, later becoming general manager at DGP.

Molinare managing director Julie Parmenter said: “With her experience and knowledge, she will undoubtedly be a huge asset to Molinare as we look to develop and evolve in line with our clients’ needs.”

Bray added: “I am incredibly excited about joining Molinare, an iconic brand in the post production industry.

“To work alongside their fantastic team of people and on an exciting roster of work is a great opportunity and I am looking forward to this new challenge.”
