English & Pockett has teamed up with illustrator Sean Sims and The Hive to create fresh channel branding for Discovery Real Time's five weeknight programme strands; Motors, Property, Retreat, Build and Fishing. Directed by English & Pockett creative director Michael Berthon and produced by Lisa Akhurst, animation was done at The Hive by Howard Bell, Christian Anderson and Martin Allan using Maya and XSI. The concept transforms the Real Time rectangular logo into a 'flat-pack' container that opens to reveal an item representing each strand. The branding launches on 5 September.
