Managing director Debbie Hills has appointed Susanna Burleigh as director of studio operations while Jacqui Rutherford becomes director of post-production operations.

Hills, who took over as managing director this January, wanted points of operational focus that would make sure that clients' needs were consistently met and cost effectiveness maintained.

Rutherford joins from London post facility Resolution to become London Studios' first director of post-production while Burleigh has been promoted from head of studio operations.

London Studios has been home to So Graham Norton, Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway and Blind Date.

Burleigh and Rutherford will take up their new posts in July.
