The managing director of west London post facility Crow TV, Jocelyn Buckley, is leaving the company and will be replaced by The Mill producer Will O'Connor.

Under Buckley's three-year tenure, the company has increased turnover from£1.5m to£3.7m and upped its number of edit suites from 12 to 40. Buckley is relocating and will act as a part-time consultant to Crow TV.

O'Connor said he was happy to be leaving Soho. “West London has a really good vibe at the moment, with Mentorn's move here in spring 2007, as well as Endemol and September Films,” he said. “There are fewer companies [than in Soho] and they tend to help each other out.”

O'Connor previously worked with Crow TV chief executive Paul Kingsley at Escape Studios where Kingsley was an investor.

Crow TV will continue to work with clients including Endemol, RDF Media, September Films and the BBC. Recent projects include Golden Balls for Endemol and Tiger Aspect's Take It or Leave It.
