It is also opening offices in Paris, Seoul and Bangalore, and has plans to reopen in the US

VFX giant The Mill has reopened in London, after owner TransPerfect announced plans to reestablish the brand globally as a major force in visual effects.
TransPerfect acquired both the MPC and The Mill brands from Technicolor Group in April, shortly after the collapse of Technicolor.
At the time it said both MPC and The Mill will continue to be used and become divisions of TransPerfect Media.
TransPerfect provides language and AI solutions and has offices in more than 140 cities on six continents.
Six months after the acquisition, TransPerfect has come good on its promise and has relaunched The Mill as “a creator of campaigns with localisation built in”.
Several of The Mill’s former London workforce are part of the relaunched company, which currently has a staff count of 15. The London office will be helmed by managing director Liam Collinwood. Ross Urien remains as creative director, Ben Blundell returns as creative director and Matthew Campbell is back as head of design.
Meanwhile, in Paris, managing director Fabien Godeneche has returned, alongside Benoit Holl, head of creative operations, Guillaume Ho as VFX supervisor and creative director, Guillaume Parra as head of CG, Damien Canameras rejoins as head of 2D, and Vincent Venchiarutti becomes head of design.
Barnaby Wass, chief business officer at TransPerfect, said: “Acquiring The Mill wasn’t just a business decision — it is a commitment to creative excellence. The Mill is a name that commands deep respect in the industry, and we saw an opportunity to protect that legacy while giving it a new global platform to thrive.”
“The opportunity to join TransPerfect and continue to build on The Mill’s 30-year legacy was one we couldn’t ignore,” adds Liam Collinwood, managing director of the London branch of The Mill. “Together, we’re offering the world’s biggest brands a truly end-to-end creative experience, with premium content creation that scales seamlessly across borders.”
