TSL has restructured its business, with chairman and co-founder David MacGregor stepping back from operational duties.
The company has also been split into two separate divisions.
TSL Systems Integrator will look after the installation needs of the broadcast industry, while TSL Professional Products will provide audio monitoring, tally systems and power management solutions.
MacGregor will take on the role of chairman of parent fi rm Television Systems Holdings.
