A festival showcasing short films for mobile phones and MP3 players is set to launch next month. Branding agency Devilfish is launching The Smalls in conjunction with the London Design Festival and online magazine

E-CR. Submissions must be a maximum of three minutes long and adhere to the theme 'moving'. A selection of the best films will be shown at the Smalls Showcase from 27 to 28 September. The best entries, selected by a panel of industry judges (including Sky One creative director Andi Granger), will win the first annual Smalls Awards, taking place on 27 September.
