The first part of BBC2’s The Dark Charisma Of Adolf Hitler achieved 2.1 million/8% on Monday at 9pm, ahead of Channel 4’s 999: What’s Your Emergency (1.5 million/6%; though C4 topped up the balance with 603,000 on +1).

On Tuesday, jungle-bound celebs helped reduce C4’s Heston’s Fantastical Food by 700,000 from launch to 1 million/4% (251,000 +1) at 9pm.

On BBC2, Dara O Briain’s Science Club also fell, by 160,000 to 1.4 million/5%.

On Thursday, BBC2’s Great Continental Railway Journeys stayed strong on 2.6 million/11%, winning at 9pm ahead of C5’s Hatfield And McCoy’s (886,000/4%; 169,000 +1) and C4’s Everyday, which averaged 761,000/4% (incl +1).

On Friday at 9pm, BBC2’s Attenborough: 60 Years In the Wild (2.2 million/8%) defeated C5’s The Mentalist (1.1 million/4%; 119,000 +1) and Derren Brown: Fear And Faith on C4 (600,000/2%; 231,000 +1).
