RTL+ Hungary has launched interactive graphical overlays for UEFA Champions League matches for the 2025/6 season, through a partnership with Ease Live.
Fans watching Champions League football on RTL+ Hungary’s digital platforms can now interact via graphical overlays showing live match statistics, team line-ups, player details, group standings, live polls, and more.
The graphics are shown across connected TVs, mobiles, and web platforms.
The overlays ‘sit on top’ of existing OTT infrastructure, which reduces development and deployment time from months to days, while providing frame-accurate synchronisation with the live stream.
Ease Live says interactive overlays gain up to 68% user engagement on live polls, and it adds that broadcasters using Ease Live have reported viewing duration increases of more than 50%.
