Brief Picture and audio for the show in which competitors face seemingly simple but almost impossible ability tests.
How it was done The show needed a soundtrack to match the hilarity of the pictures. Dubbing mixers Ben Newth and James Evans exaggerated impacts and used pitch-shift to add emphasis to the slow-motion replays. Newth also added reverb and delay to the commentary, which is delivered by Irish comedy hip hop duo The Rubberbandits. The grade is bright and colourful. During exterior scenes, changeable light conditions altered the colour of contestants’ outfi ts, so pictures were matched using the keying function in Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve 12. The grade was completed by senior colourist Tim Waller, while the online was completed by head of online Dan Preston-Bear using Avid Symphony.
