London-based branding consultancy Turquoise is launching a Dubai office. The consultancy already works with clients in the region including the Middle Eastern TV platform ART, and the Al Aan TV channel. Turquoise UK managing director Sharon Wheeler will initially manage the office. Abed Bibi, who has been working on Turquoise's behalf in Dubai for the past 12 months, will be director of business development.
