Design and branding outfit Turquoise has been hired by Irish free-to-air commercial broadcaster TV3 to come up with a new look after a three-way pitch involving BDA and an Irish agency. The project will be led by Turquoise managing director Sharon Wheeler and will be unveiled next year. Previous Turquoise work includes NTL, BBC Worldwide and MBC.
