In the best made for mobile TV content or format, Dateline by Yoomedia and Pete Tong's Fast Trax by UK indie Music Inventa Productions are shortlisted.

Buena Vista International Television's Desperate Housewives recaps are up in the best repurposed video, film or animation content for mobile category.

Other UK companies in the line-up are Short TV, nominated in the best mobile TV channel or service section for its Short Films channel found on the Orange network.

ClickFree TV by Mobix Interactive has been recognised in the best user interface category for a mobile TV channel or programme.

The awards attracted 235 entries from 135 companies in 30 countries. The winning productions will be chosen by an international grand jury.

The ceremony will form a key component of the Mobile TV Day at Mipcom, which will also feature a keynote address from Endemol's chief creative officer Peter Bazalgette.
