The visit will take place in the first week of March 2010 to coincide with the Cabsat Mena 2010 exhibition and conference.

The aim is to demonstrate what the UK can offer by bringing a delegation of technology, facilities and services companies.

“The UAE represents an important growing market for the UK both in terms of doing business in the region and here at home,” said The Bridge Training business development director Triston Wallace.

“Dubai and Abu Dhabi are not only significant media centres themselves, they also act as hubs for most of Africa and the Middle East. This trip will showcase the breadth of talent, expertise, knowledge and services we have to offer.”

The mission will comprise of three days in each city. Seminars, round table discussions, group and individual meetings, receptions and briefings will be organised by UKTI and The Bridge.

The travel and accommodation package put together for the visit should be less than £2000 per delegate and some financial support may be offered.

Companies wishing to explore this opportunity should contact triston@thebridgetraining.com .

Previous UKTI (UK Trade and Industry) missions have taken UK post companies to China and India.

The Bridge Training is based in Hackney Wick, East London and provides technical and business courses for the creative industries.
