Directors Cut Films has appointed Sam Wellard as technical manager.
Wellard, who is rejoining Directors Cut from Envy, will manage workflows and oversee the rollout of Avid Interplay.
He will also look after training and investment in kit ahead of the deadline of the Digital Production Partnership’s filebased delivery standard.
Great Portland Street-based post house Directors Cut Films has completed a £500,000 facility-wide upgrade and expansion, including the complete overhaul and enlargement of its audio post-production facilities, a major investment in storage and additional infrastructure changes.
Stirling Studios will be a 210,000 sq ft space within reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh
