Brief Finishing post on a 1 x 30-minute hand-drawn animated version of the popular children’s story.

How it was done Using Digital Vision’s Nucoda, colourist Katherine Jamieson graded the show for both broadcast and theatrical release, bringing a sense of seasonal change to each environment and giving each location its own appearance.

Working with the directors and using the artwork in the original book as a reference point, Jamieson established subtle tonal changes in the grade that help to bring the adventure to life.

Steve Matthews completed the online edit while Johnathan Rush reversioned the sound mix for film release using Halo’s Dolby dubbing theatre.

Fitzrovia Post dubbing mixer James O’Brien mixed the broadcast version.
