Broadcast will host a debate about future TV delivery, with a panel of industry figures - including Freeview’s managing director Ilse Howling -  to discuss the impact of changing viewing habits on broadcasters and content owners.

The panel will discuss which VoD platforms viewers are likely to gravitate towards and how they will navigate their way around them.

It will also address the standards issues faced by broadcasters launching on-demand services.

The discussion, which will be sponsored by Chello DMC, will be chaired by media commentator Kate Bulkley before a select audience of senior technology, channel, platform and new media executives.

Other speakers include Turner Broadcasting Systems Europe vice president of engineering Steve Fish and Playboy Channel managing director Jeremy Yates.

They will be joined by National Geographic International vice president of operations Tim Joyce, Chello DMC vice president of technology Jon Try and FilmFlex chief executive Jeff Henry.

TV Technology Challenge: How do we deliver the future TV experience? will take place at 5.30pm on Thursday 1 December in central London.
