Soho post facility Fifty Fifty has taken on another building next door to its existing D’Arblay Street HQ.

The additional three floors will house six edit suites, a grading theatre and an audio suite to provide space for the company to take on more long form broadcast projects and short form agency work.

Building work is now taking place to allow access to the additional premises through the current Fifty Fifty site.

Fifty Fifty owner Sally Pacy said: “We’ve been looking for additional space for nearly 18 months and when the lease for next door came up it was the perfect opportunity.

“It allows us to keep working from our existing HQ, increase the capacity and services that we offer our clients whilst remaining true to our identity.”

The boutique facility said it would spend £250,000 on the expansion, including investment in a 128TB Isis storage, Media Composer suites, an additional grading suite and Pro Tools audio suite as well as infrastructure.

The new suites are expected to open in October.

As part of the expansion Fifty Fifty has taken on post producer Natalie Cornforth.

She joins the post firm after four years with The London Studios, where she worked as bookings coordinator.

Fifty Fifty’s recent credits include Sports Life Stories for ITV and Pound Shop Wars for the BBC.
