Halo Post managing director Jo Beighton is set to leave the postproduction firm at the end of the month.

Halo chief executive John Rogerson described her departure as “mutually agreed and amicable”.

The managing director role will now be replaced with a director of operations, head of production and head of HR.

Beighton joined Halo as facility director in 2009 from Clear Cut Pictures. She joined Halo’s board in mid2010 and became a shareholder of the facility’s parent company EPost Media.

Although she has stepped down from the board, she will continue to be a shareholder.

In May 2011, Beighton was promoted to managing director with a remit to run Halo’s London sites after Rogerson stepped up to the role of chief executive.

Rogerson thanked Beighton for her “hard work and commitment”.

He said: “Jo contributed a huge amount over the period she was here and it’s a sad day for all of us. We wish her all the very best for the future.”
