A second firm has expressed an interest in acquiring the studios group Pinewood Shepperton.
Last week, MediaCityUK developer Peel, which already holds a 29.8% stake in the facilities group, made an offer which valued the group at £90m.
In a statement, the facilities group said: “The Board of Pinewood has received a further approach from an unconnected third party which also may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.”
