Arqiva has appointed Phil Moses to the role of chief financial officer.

He is taking over from Josh McHutchison who is leaving the company to return to Australia.

Moses joins Arqiva from BT, where he was CFO of BT’s Openreach business. Prior to that, he was group controller at BT for four years.

Moses will take up his new role on 13 June.
