Ascent Media UK is losing its finance director and the managing director of its creative and media services divisions. Sam Husain, finance and corporate affairs managing director, is going back to work for his consultancy, HEP Holdings. Simon Kay, the managing director of creative services division, is taking some time off. Husain has overseen the integration of the various post companies Ascent has acquired over the past three years. A shortlist of potential candidates has been drawn up and an announcement will be made in mid-February.
