Post-production giant Ascent Media has moved quickly to replace it's departing senior management team of Sam Husain and Simon Kay by appointing a new finance director and two new managing directors.
Post-production giant Ascent Media has moved quickly to replace it's departing senior management team of Sam Husain and Simon Kay by appointing a new finance director and two new managing directors.

Terry Downing will be the new chief financial officer - he was previously finance director at AOL UK. David Barrett becomes managing director of media management services while Bob Gentry has been appointed as managing director of the media network services division. Gentry was previously chief engineer at BBC World Ltd. An overall managing director for the UK will be announced soon. The three new staff will take over in the next seven days. Ascent Media (formerly Liberty Livewire) owns a handful of post facilities in the UK including St Anne's Post, One and Rushes.
