Audio Network has appointed Ali Johnson to the role of global head of music.

Johnson, who was previously senior director and head of synch licensing at Warner Music UK, will work on Audio Network’s directive to produce new music.

Audio Network’s co-founder and chairman Andrew Sunnucks said: “Ali has a great ear and a complete understanding of the commercial landscape.

“He’s a crucial cog in our plans to increase our output massively whilst taking the range to the next level. ”

Johnson said: “Having had a varied career in the music industry working as a consultant, music director and composer in areas such as theatre, film and television, advertising and corporate branding before joining Warner UK, the role at Audio Network feels like the perfect opportunity for me to draw on both my creative and commercial background and contribute to an exciting and growing business.”
