The equipment includes new editing platforms and an upgrade of the EVS network and server to deliver cost savings. It is introducing two Avid Adrenaline suites and a fifth Avid Airspeed ingest system.

The Avid shared storage system is being upgraded to Unity 5 and is utilising Interplay for media management.

It is also installing two additional Final Cut Pro systems for BBC Sport giving customers a greater range of editing platforms.
