Kevin Shaw has joined BBC Studios and Post Production’s digital media services team as lead technologist.

He has played a key role as a consultant in the specification, design, build and delivery of BBC S&PP’s digital media services facility in South Ruislip.

In his new full-time capacity, he will be responsible for technology development and workflow design.

BBC S&PP head of digital media services Clive Hodge said Shaw will bring decades of film, tape and digital experience, and help “deliver large-scale bespoke projects for content owners wanting to unlock the value of their content”.
